A+ Customer service. But I have 2 gripes. We were in room 123. The carpet was so dirty it made our feet BLACK from the dirt / grime matted into it. So flip flops were needed every single step. My biggest complaint was our toilet seat. I'll link a photo. It's hard to explain but it was GROSS. We tried cleaning it with Lysol wipes but it didn't help. It reaked of B.O. NO JOKE. I had to send my kids to the other room we had for the in laws. I told the staff at the front desk but they never sent anyone over.

It includes a dedicated work area and a comfortable sofa section that is ideal for meetings or relaxation. There is also a small kitchen and refrigerator, allowing you to buy simple groceries or drinks from the nearby mall for light cooking or storage. The large wardrobe is thoughtfully designed, making it easy to organize clothes and shoes for different occasions. One side of the room faces the main road, so it is worth checking the building distance if privacy is a concern. For longer stays, guests can select preferred cleaning times. Since the floor is carpeted, the overall cleanliness feels acceptable without needing frequent housekeeping. You can simply place the trash bin outside your room, and the staff will replace the trash bag. The property offers complete facilities including a gym and a swimming pool suitable for children. Parking is available both in the basement and in the outdoor ground-level area with convenient access and a well planned layout.

This is a good spot to stay for a few days or for an extended stay. Dusty & Rich at the front desk made sure the check in process was smooth, and are friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient with a Safeway right next door along with a good selection of restaurants nearby. The only gripe I had was with the WiFi connection - it was intermittent and devices used to disconnect every 10-15 mins.
