The room looks ok but right off the bat, after turn on the air conditioner, water starts dripping on the floor as the drain is clogged. Notified the front desk guy and after dinner we came back, the guy told me that he will have someone look at it 3 days later. So, I told him to get me some towels to put on the floor. We stayed there 3 nights and we are not in the room from morning until evening and the room was never once got cleaned or towels changed out. Breakfast is a joke and there are 2 tables for all the guests. The only thing I like about this hotel is the bed. They use sliding door for bathroom, the kind that lights shine through the sides greatly. So, at night while I m sleeping and my wife turns on the bathroom lights, that would wake me up as it is so bright.

Room was spacious and very clean. Pool was heated and pleasant. Breakfast was good, but not great. I would have been happier if it was 30 bucks cheaper, but overall, I'm not unhappy

A+ Customer service. But I have 2 gripes. We were in room 123. The carpet was so dirty it made our feet BLACK from the dirt / grime matted into it. So flip flops were needed every single step. My biggest complaint was our toilet seat. I'll link a photo. It's hard to explain but it was GROSS. We tried cleaning it with Lysol wipes but it didn't help. It reaked of B.O. NO JOKE. I had to send my kids to the other room we had for the in laws. I told the staff at the front desk but they never sent anyone over.
